We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Compensation $40,000-$85,000 Per Year

Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.

A message from Cleo Meyer I opened my State Farm agency after working for State Farm in claims for nearly 20 years. While working in claims, I was given the opportunity to help people get through some of the most challenging times in their lives from car accidents to storms, State Farm was there to deliver the promise of being a good neighbor by helping others. My desire to help others and become a trusted resource to the community I serve drove me to the agency. As a State Farm agent, I can help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
